No Show Policy:

If you decide to not show for a reservation and give no warning or documented cancellation, your credit cardwill be charged in full for the entire stay.  Please call us to cancel or change a reservation 800-201-2557.

Deposits: 

50% deposit is required at time of reservation. Deposits may be in the form of check or credit card.  If a credit card has been supplied at the time of booking, it will be processed accordingly unless the reservation is for the next calendar year, in which case a confirmation email will be sent to requesting a check after the January 1st.  Reservations are not confirmed until a deposit has been received. If a deposit has not been received within the stated time frame on your confirmation letter, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

Guide Deposits: 

Deposits of 50% on guide trips are required at time of reservation and are forwarded directly to that guide. Deposits are not transferable

Cancellation Policy for Lodging:

If you cancel at least 14 days before your scheduled day of arrival, we will refund your deposit, less 20% handling fee or apply your deposit to a future stay within the current year. Cancellations with less than 14 days notice do not qualify for a refund even if due to illness, work schedule changes or inclement weather conditions.  If checking out earlier than your trip was booked for, you will be charged in full for all nights of the original reservation.

Cancellation Policy for Guided Trips: 

Guides are independent contractors, therefore deposits are forwarded directly to the guide.  Deposits on guide trips may or may not be applied to a future trip within the current year, all refunds are are at the sole discretion of the guide.

Children:

Children 12 years old or younger stay complimentary and are not considered adults


Pets: 

Dogs (2 maximum) are allowed @ $25/night/pet. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside the cabin, and cleaned up after. 1 hour early departure is required. Guest is responsible for any damages done by the pet.


Credit Cards: 

MasterCard, Visa and American Express are accepted for payment. 


Minimum Stay: 

2 nights minimum stay is required on weekend days (Fri/Sat/Sun) for the entire season. 3 night minimum for Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day and camp visiting weekends/weekdays.


Check-In/Out-Times: 

Check in time is after 3:00pm. Room availability cannot be assured before 3:00pm. Check out time is no later than 11:00am.


Taxes/gratuities: 

8% tax New York sales tax, 5% local county occupancy tax, and gratuities are not included in any published rates.
